The manufacturing and distribution section of DIDIM is the foundation of food service business and at the same time the business area that is extending with sufficient competitiveness in the market.
The logistics operated only by the main office have no outsourcing fee (margin) and storage fee and logistics fee unlike other franchise head office who turns the logistics to outsourcing, which enables to supply the good products at low price. All good products of DIDIM are available in main office, metropolitan area and Cheongju, Busan and Jeonju branches nationwide.

Insect catching lamp
At the corridor of production room, the insect lamp that lures and catches the harmful insects are installed to prevent the entry of insects inside the processing factory.

Sanitary front room
All workers and visitors who enter the processing room must wear the clothes and caps through this place and are allowed to enter in the processing factory only by hand washing, sterilization and air shower etc.

Sanitary Front Treatment Room
This is a pass box that all supplementary materials to enter into the processing room pass. After removing the dust by a wind, the sanitizing solutions will be sprayed.

Automatic Pack Sealing Machine
The produced green pork seasoned meats are sealing-packed automatically.

Metal detector
All products produced in the processing room move to packing room through metal detector.

In the packing room, the stickers are attached to the products coming from metal detector and the external box packing is provided.

Packing meat processing room with X-ray detector
For thorough safety verification, x-ray detector is used for providing a clean meal service. All products produced from packing meat processing room must pass the X-ray detector to check the metal or foreign materials.

At the packing room, the sticker attaching to the product which is just coming from the metal detector and the external packaging are done.

The sealed packed sauces are coming through metal detector. The product passing the metal detector will be packed with external box and moved to refrigerator.

Carry-in/out deck
This is a door that all products of DIDIM food are carried-in/out. When a vehicle accesses, the top and deck of vehicle is adhered to prevent the entry of foreign materials and harmful insects while loading/unloading.

All products (seasoned meat, packed meat) are refrigerated, cold stored and released.
